In‑app issue reporting

You can now report problems directly from inside BarginBuddy, attach a image or screenshot, and highlight exactly what went wrong so we can fix it faster.

We just made it much easier to tell us when something is not working the way you expect in BarginBuddy.

You can now open a simple “Report a problem” panel right from inside the product. When you do, you will be able to attach and an image and send it along with your report.

Even better, you can draw on & annotate the screenshot before you send it. Draw simple boxes or lines around key areas, and add text annotations for your image. That can help us understand the issue faster and ship a fix sooner; helping BarginBuddy to get smoother over time.
